Rupinder completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at AUT in 2019, and prior to that graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription, and Sport and Exercise Science. She worked in the Physiotherapy teams in Middlemore Hospital looking after patients from the National Burns Unit, Orthopaedics and Paediatrics. Rupinder has also worked in a fitness centre. She is able to tailor your rehabilitation journey for your needs, with a focus on exercises based rehab to help you get back to your pre-injury self. whether it is post-operative rehabilitation, an overuse condition or a sporting injury.
Outside of work, she loves sport and has been playing tennis, running and being generally active. Rupinder helps with WSAFC's Womens Development team, and works in the clinic on Sundays,and at ACC during the week.
